Thank you for booking Hunnie Beauty Empire! I am a Licensed and Certified Eyelash Extension Specialist specializing in all styles of eyelash extensions. I am also a certified teeth whitening specialist. Cancellations no less than 24 hours forfeits the retainer and a new one is required for a new appointment. This goes towards total of service. You have a 15 minute grace period before you are considered a NO SHOW and you will be charged full price for service. Lash fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep up with maintaining of fullness. Please keep in mind a fill is only considered when you have 40-50% of eyelash extensions still remaining after removal of outgrown lashes from previous set. Anything less is considered a full set! Foreign fills: Everyone’s work is different and if I see it was done improperly and is damaging the health of your natural lashes I will have to do a removal and a new set. Keep this in mind when booking foreign fills! NEVER expect your lashes to look like someone else’s! Different eye shapes, lengths, and curls will create different looks! Each set is customized for each clients desired look while keeping the integrity of the natural lashes. Beauty takes time, and I like to ensure my work! My Lash extension services can take up to 2-3hours. If you are in a rush please schedule for another day. Come to your appointment with clean lashes, no mascara, no glue residue, no eyeliner, no eyeshadow glitter, no oils, no make up on the eyes! I do give a complimentary lash bath prior to service but there’s no reason I should spend more than 15 minutes removing all of the above. Please respect my time and come with your lashes clean. Remove eye contacts prior to appointment. NO CAFFEINE BEFORE YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT! I ensure my work for 3 days after you leave your appointment! Meaning if you have a fall out or need something fixed/adjusted within that 3 day window you are covered under my guaranteed 3 day policy! Absolutely no refunds! Cancellation Policy

Cancellations MUST be done within 24 hours. Same day cancellation or no shows will AUTOMATICALLY be charged 50% of total service first time. Second time it will be 100% service charged to card on file. After 3 times you will no longer be able to book with me.
